Cooker, steam mix kettle, 400 gallon capacity, horizontal trough, stainless steel construction, trough measures 67-3/4" long x 42" wide x 42-1/2" deep, single shell trough, includes interior heating/cooling coil, 3" diameter coil, with stainless steel paddles for agitation, 4" diameter. Center shaft, 4" end bottom discharge, with (2) tri-clamp ports on each side of outlet. Complete with (2) hinged lids, (8) top openings - 1", (2) 1-1/2", (4) 2" & 2-1/2" openings. Previously heated with steam to process jams and jellies. Rotary coils are hydraulically driven (less power pack).
