Rebuilt Rietz continuous horizontal screw press, model RSP 16-K2, 16" diameter screw press, stainless steel contact parts, complete with 20 HP, 230/460V, 1755 RPM, 3/60Hz main drive through V-belt and heavy duty gear box and 3 HP, 230/460V, 1720 RPM, 3/60Hz vari-speed drive on cone. Includes stainless steel covers, main screens, backing screens, etc. Last used to press apples. Unit has been completely reconditioned. Screw has been removed, inspected, repaired and realigned after installation. New main seal, new set of bearings for screw & new bearings for main motor drive. Drive assemblies had motors and gearboxes tested, seals replaced, new chains, chain coupling, v-belts & rubber for gearbox coupling were added. New air lines and mufflers for cone air cylinder. Main frame, chain guards and belt guards have been sand blasted and powder coated. Excellent condition.
