Oil temperature adjustable between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit through dial control. Includes automatic flame safeguard and oil over-temperature controls. Rated for up to 800 finished pounds per hour, 75-gallon (284 liters) oil volume. Also includes Mastermatic Canister Filter, model MF with 90-gallon (341 liters) capacity. Also includes overhead hoist for raising/lowering baskets. Never put into full production and in excellent condition.
