Kemper spiral dough mixer, model number SP 75 LOEM. Unit has a rated capacity of 165 pounds flour or 265 pounds dough. Unit includes 31" diameter X 18" deep stainless steel bowl with spiral mixing attachment. Includes control panel and start/stop switch (broken switch).
