MCC components are Schneider with Allen Bradley power flex variable speed drives with door mounted key pad control. The PLC is control logix with a Panelview 1500 HMI colour graphics fitted to the panel door. Hygienic mix-proofs are GEA Tuchenhagen. Butterfly valves are Keystone. All instruments are mounted on Varivent fittings. O2 and conductivity analysers are by Mettler Toledo. Beer quality Vital Sensor VS300 with management Station. Pressure & temperature Instruments are by IFM with local digital displays. System excludes plate and frame heat exchanger and buffer tank. Rated for up to 136 gpm or 265 BBL/hr.
