Ft. and a usable volume of 13.73 Cu. Ft. Rated for a peeling capacity of 12,000 - 46,000 lbs/hr. Includes stainless steel enclosure with pyramid bottom. Enclosure measures 6' long x 8'-6" wide x 11' overall height. Last used in a food operation. Very good condition.
