Unit measures 7' long x 26" wide x 32" deep, has 3/8" x 1-3/4" outer ribbon and 3/8" x 2" inner ribbon. Mixer has 4" end bottom discharge, less valve. Drive is 5 HP, 220/440V gear-head to chain sprocket, mixer jacketed. Includes hinged cover with safety grate and feed chute. Good condition, last used in jams/jellies manufacturing service.
