Stainless steel vertical cutter/mixer, manufactured by Robot Coupe, model number R40B. Cutting chamber measures 14" diameter X 14" deep with hinged lid. Includes three (3) blades measuring 8" long mounted on common shaft. Complete with start/stop, pulse, and speed controls. Unit driven by 12 HP, 3/60 Hz, 220V motor. Previously used in food operation. Very good condition.
