Includes MixMor model GA-11 or GA-2 pneumatically driven agitator with 1" diameter x 42" long stainless steel shaft and 13" diameter propeller blade. Kettle measures 44" diameter x 32" deep, Complete with hinged lid and hemispherical bottom. Unit has 2" center bottom discharge. New in 2001. Serial numbers F3715-1 to F3715-10. National Board numbers 115 to 124. Previously used in processing facility that manufactured condiments, jellies, dressing, sauces, and jams.
