Sigma mixer, approx. 4 gallon working capacity, 6.5 gallon total capacity, 316 stainless steel construction, manufactured by Baker Perkins, type M52L. Mixing chamber measures 14" x 13" x 11" deep, includes vaccum cover with clamps, jacketed for steam, ASME code constructed, rated for 58 PSI @ 302 deg. F. Complete with hydraulic cylinder for tilt mechanism. Mixing blades are driven by 4 kW, 3-phase, 60Hz, 865 RPM motor. New in 1986. Serial # 3553. Good condition.
