Double ribbon mixer with surge hopper and dust collector, 196 cubic feet capacity, manufactured by Scott, rated for 3 tons, model number HM5412, serial number 850584. Carbon steel construction. Trough measures 54" wide X 120" long X 64" deep, inner ribbons measure 4-1/2" wide x 1/4" thick, outer ribbons measure 1-1/2" wide x 1/2" thick. Ribbon assembly driven by 30 HP, 230/460V, 1760 RPM TEFC motor thru Maxum reducer and v-belt assembly. Top of mixer includes cover, 7" feed opening, 4" vent and opening for Dust Hog. Discharge is a bottom gate with air cylinder. Trough includes 1/4" end plates, 1/4" bottom plates, 3 15/16" drive end and 2 15/16" idle end shaft. Mixer sits on top of 5' wide x 12' long surge hopper with bottom mounted drag chain conveyor with 9-1/2" wide Teflon paddles. Dust Hog is a model FJV-BV 2-cartridge dust collector. Previously used in seed coating operation and in good condition.
