Double Ribbon mixer, approximately 300 cubic feet total capacity (275 cubic feet working capacity), carbon steel construction, double ribbon mixer. Trough measures 14' long X 5' wide X 5'7" Deep. Inner ribbons measure 5" wide x 3/8" thick, Outer ribbon measures 1-1/2" wide X 3/8" thick. Driven by 60 HP, 1770 RPM, 230/460 V, 138/69 Amps, 3/60 Hz motor thru Falk 20.40:1 gear reducer, resulting in 84 output RPM. Gear reducer goes through chain & sprocket drive assembly. Bottom of trough has 24" wide opening running length and drops to dual unloading discharge augers with 12" X 20" discharge opening. Driven by 5 HP, 1735 RPM, 208-230/460 V, 3/60 Hz motor thru chain drive. Augers measure 12" diameter X 15' long. Complete with load cells, batch controller with scale, MCC cabinets for drives, large readout panel. All electrical is UL rated and new in 2015.
