Complete Blend Tank Room consisting of (2) Feldmeier 6,600 gallon jacketed mix tanks, Feldmeier Tri-Blender with Fristam FZX2150 pump, Masosine SPS 300 Sine Pump, (2) Alfa Laval 10 HP discharge pumps, all associated valves, piping, controls, etc. Feldmeier vessels are constructed of 316L shell and 304 stainless steel jacket. Jackets rated for 150 PSI @ 175 degrees F / -20 degrees F. Vessels measure 9-1/2' outside diameter x 14-1/2' straight side, dish top & bottom with 2" diameter center bottom outlet and (2) 1-1/2" bottom head openings. Includes 18" diameter top manway with outward swinging cover, approx. 6" diameter opening for center top entering agitation. Complete with agitation and CIP spray balls. Agitator is bridge mounted and driven by approx. 5 HP gearhead motor, stainless steel shaft and (3) 2-blade paddles along common shaft. Top head openings - 18" manway, 3", (6) 2-1/2" & 2" openings. Tank is mounted on stainless steel pipe legs with footpads and cross bracing.
